Slide the whole grip up the neck and the root follows the low E string: 1st fret is F, 2nd is F♯, 4th is G♯, and so on. Nothing about the fingering changes because there are no open strings in it. This is the same principle as the F major barre, which is why F6 is worth learning as a shape rather than as one chord.
